Why I love What I do

I fell into jewelry design by accident, an uncle of mine was planning a trip to South Africa from Greece and I had arranged with my cousin to send an assortment of charms and materials with her dad – for curiosity sake.  Soon after receiving these I tried and tested a couple of my designs and loved how they turned out! A friend of mine was hosting a birthday bash and I had asked her if I could put a few pieces on display. Subsequently, people started contacting me for orders and Styled by Anthea was born.

With all that being said it is not always easy to feed your passion, it takes hard work, late nights and perseverance. I took a chance in something I had no experience in.

The challenges I do have, is having to keep seeking inspiration for new designs.  Ensuring that your client is satisfied with their jewelry and being able to “read” the client with regard to what they want. However, there are more positive attributes and those challenges allow for growth.

I love what I do, so my passion for jewelry design drives me.

More than passion, my clients keep me motivated!

I love their reaction to what I advertise and I love the feedback I receive from them.  I love receiving messages from people who saw someone wearing my jewelry. Clients contact me to inform me that they were stopped on the street and questioned about their jewelry.  All this is rewarding and I am truly grateful.
