We do not carry stock and do not believe in the energy of mass-production. We know it takes longer, but nothing replaces the custom hand-finished touch that comes with true artisinal expertise.

How long does it take to make an ONOMA necklace?
As each piece is custom-created, production takes up to 10 working days from order confirmation.
What are the technical details of the necklace?
Pendant: Tarnish-resistant sterling silver designed for longevity, approximately 6 grams - created to maintain its brilliance over time. Diameter is approximately 2.7cm. A statement size.
Chain: Italian silver beaded chain, delicately structured for a refined yet modern finish to complete the unique Onoma look.

Is the silver hypoallergenic?
Yes. Sterling silver is generally suitable for sensitive skin.
Is there a return policy?
Each piece is physically hand-inspected personally by Anthea before it is sent off, however In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing ot material defect in the piece, we will gladly accept the item back and assist you all the way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the item back if the customer merely changes their mind as it is a custom and personalised order.
