Refund policy

Please note all items are sold COD. 

No cash refunds. Items may be exchanged within 7 days of sale, should they be seen to be faulty due to manufacturer error. If an item has been worn and a perfume scent can be detected, the item will not be replaced/refunded. Earrings cannot be returned. Customs fees are on the onus of the recipient with regard to international orders.
