ABOUT ANTHEA PAPPADOGIANNIS

Anthea is a South African Greek, who is situated in Cape Town. Her Greek roots stem from Sparta, Peleponnisos, Greece. She has a BCom degree in Human Resource Management, and she has an affinity for Greek-inspired jewelry. Anthea created Styled by Anthea in May 2016.

Styled by Anthea was founded on the idea that adornment can be both symbolic and soulful. Beautiful jewelry designed to be worn with intention. Each piece draws from ancient depth - protection, love, balance, and remembrance - reimagined for contemporary life.

What is your return policy?

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window - We accept returns within 7 days of unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. All pieces are double checked before dispatch.

Non- Returnable Items:

  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom pieces
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift Cards

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Contact us directly to arrange. Shipping costs will be for the customer's account.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos included. We will arrange a replacement for you.

How To Initiate a Return:

  2. We will provide return instructions and address
  3. Pack your item securely with bubble wrap
  4. Ship to our return address and forward tracking information.

Is Your Jewelry Hypoallergenic?

Yes. We ensure our jewelry is hypoallergenic, good quality and long lasting. The materials used in our products are mentioned in the product description of each item.

How long does shipping take?

Dispatch takes up to 3 working days (Cyclade fine jewelry collections takes approx. 2 weeks for dispatch). Shipping takes 2-3 working days from dispatch for local orders (South Africa). Grey areas can take slightly longer due to accessibility of the area by the courier company.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do. Continue with checkout as per usual. Delivery is carried out via Fedex and takes approximately 10 working days (can be sooner). Import taxes and duties are on the account of the customer.

We are based in Cape Town, South Africa. We operate online only and courier worldwide. We do have our jewelry in certain boutique stores around South Africa - Contact us to find the closest store near you.
